This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made to People’s Flow (“we”, “our”, “us”), a SaaS platform and an initiative of BizJunket, for services accessed via https://www.peoplesflow.in.
By subscribing to or purchasing our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
People’s Flow provides digital, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, including:
- Office management systems
- Sales tracking & performance monitoring tools
- Workflow and productivity applications
- Custom enterprise SaaS solutions
As our Services are intangible and delivered electronically, traditional “returns” do not apply.
2. Subscription Fees & Payments
- All subscription, license, setup, and customization fees are charged in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Pricing and billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom) are specified in proposals, invoices, or agreements.
3. Refund Policy
No Refunds by Default
All payments made to People’s Flow are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Subscription fees
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Custom development or configuration charges
- Renewal payments
This applies regardless of usage level or early termination.
4. Exceptions (At Our Discretion)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A written agreement explicitly includes refund terms
- A technical issue on our side prevents initial service activation and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
Any approved refund:
- Will be processed at our sole discretion
- May be partial
- Will exclude taxes, gateway fees, or third-party charges
5. Free Trials & Demos
- Free trials, demos, or pilot access are provided “as-is” with no financial obligation.
- No refunds apply to free or trial access periods.
6. Cancellation Policy
a) Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice via email.
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused periods.
b) Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services in case of:
- Breach of Terms & Conditions
- Non-payment of dues
- Misuse or unlawful use of Services
7. Auto-Renewals
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage cancellations in advance.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks are discouraged and may result in immediate suspension of Services.
- Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve billing issues.
9. Taxes & Government Charges
- All applicable taxes (GST or others) are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if approved, will exclude tax components unless legally required.
10. Policy Modifications
People’s Flow reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication.
11. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with disputes subject to Indian courts.
